Good grief! How the heck are we supposed to keep up with all those articles and all that contradictory information?

It's almost impossible really, you would pretty much have to have your own personal nutritionist by your side morning, noon and night, just to monitor what you eat. Then, if you happen to be trying to loose weight, or struggling with a particular health problem, it's even more complicated! Now you need a nutritionist, a physician and a personal trainer trailing you along day in and day out, just to make sure you get the nutrients you need.

Crazy, isn't it? I mean what ever happened to sound nutritional advice? Well, I'll tell you what happened, it never really existed. Ask almost any MD over the age of 30 and they will tell you that added nutrients are not necessary. They will tell you that if you eat a good diet and enough food everyday, you will get all the nutrients you need. It's even more interesting if you look at the history of the "food pyramid" developed over the years to assist people in eating the right foods. At one time, the recommended foods included lard!

Now take a look at soil conditions and how they have deteriorated over the years and studies on nutrient content of food and how it has declined over the years and by golly, you are going to be certain that you really do need extra nutrients, but how do you get them?

In this fast paced complicated world we live in, the only way to make sure you get the vitamins and minerals you really need, is to make sure it's easy to do. Honestly folks, it does not have to be that complicated. It does not have to take up a quarter of your day and you do not need a nutritionist riding shotgun.

Here's my good advice for getting all the nutrients you need in less than a minute. Get one really good, all natural, whole foods vitamin supplement to take every day. Don't be stingy with your vitamin allowance, natural whole food vitamins do cost more, but you get a lot more from them. How do you know if it's a good vitamin?

The general rule is if it's big and stinky, it's a good vitamin. Natural nutritional supplements are big, because they are not compacted, condensed, and artificially made. You may have to take more than one at a time, because it's had to get all you need in whole food vitamins into one little pill! And the stinky part? Well, it's just true, most all natural vitamins are smelly.

So go get your bottle of big smelly all natural vitamins, set them right next to the coffee pot, or your tooth brush, or on the stand with the car keys so you don't forget them. Take them everyday to get your complete nutrition in less than a minute!
